  • The majority of the sales team will be working remotely during regular business hours, and there will be no changes to their contact information, capabilities, or customer service.
  • Our design team, project management, and inside sales teams are ready to assist with any of your lighting and controls needs.
  • Our warehousing teams are shipping material on time and with no loss in service, while adhering to a strict hygiene and safety guideline.
  • Orders received online are still being processed and shipped in the same manner and timeframe as before.
  • Our valued lighting and controls manufacturing partners remain open and committed to building and shipping all lighting orders. You will see very little added lead time, in most cases none at all.
  • Our goal is to take precautions for the health and safety of the CED National Accounts team, while continuing to serve our customers with the same level of dedicated support as always. As this unprecedented situation develops, we will continue to update our practices to keep meeting this goal.
